Order Processing & Dispatch

We strive to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days of purchase—excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods (sales, festivals), dispatch may take up to 4-5 business days.

Shipping Options & Timelines

Standard Shipping (Domestic)
Free on orders above INR 1,000. For orders under this, a flat shipping fee of INR 150 applies.
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days.

Express Delivery (Select Cities)
Available in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru—check availability via PIN code at checkout.
Delivery within 1–2 business days for select items if ordered before the cut-off.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Option

COD is available with an additional INR 200 fee.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship across India. We are working on delivering MEIALA to you across the globe.

Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

We make up to 3 delivery attempts before an order is cancelled and returned. Ensure your shipping details are correct—MEIALA is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipping may incur additional charges.

Order Tracking

Post-dispatch, you’ll receive email/SMS details including courier information and a tracking link. You can monitor your shipment through our platform or the courier's site

Delays & Liability

While we work with trusted logistics partners, delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed. MEIALA is not liable for delays due to acts of nature, customs hold-ups, or courier-related issues.

Returns Due to Delivery Failure

If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be cancelled with a refund of the product value (excluding shipping). The refunded amount will be processed based on the original payment method.
